We’re organizing LAV House Parties on May 19th at 2pm ET so people can come together and talk about stopping voter suppression in their communities and across the country.
Interested in hosting your own party? We’re here to help to make sure your party goes off without a hitch. Below are links for our one-pager on how to host a LAV House Party, a sample agenda, and our “Guide to Standing Up for Voting Rights” which you’ll want to discuss at your first meeting.

In some areas, we will have a number of people in the same city interested in hosting an event, so we’ll connect you and you can work together. If you’re worried about finding people to attend, we can help by inviting you neighbors who have expressed interest in standing up for voting rights with Let America Vote.
As far as a time commitment for planning a house party goes, you can spend as little or as much time as you want.
Everyone at Let America Vote is excited for the May 19th House Party events. Raising awareness about voter suppression laws and what we can do to stand up for voting rights is a critical step in protecting access to the ballot box in this critical election year.
