Join the team and intern with Let America Vote -- Jason Kander's political group advocating for voter rights and protection.
We are currently looking for bright, energetic individuals who want to join our ground game effort in this fight. You will learn the nuts and bolts of how a professional campaign operation is run, help elect some great candidates, and be a critical grassroots advocate for protecting our constitutional right to vote!
Hours are completely flexible with a small requirement, and our team at Let America Vote is a lot of fun. No experience necessary. You will walk out the door at the end of the internship knowing how to run a local field program, as well as having met some really great friends.
The LAV intern and fellowship programs are designed to be an enriching educational experience, where participants will engage in daily field activities, learn from and have access to seasoned campaign staff, and hear from a variety of political guest speakers.
Please fill out the application below and a staff member will be in contact with you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (571) 336-2643, or email us at

Jason Kander, a former Army Captain and Secretary of State from Missouri, started Let America Vote to fight back against proposals across the country that make it harder for eligible voters to exercise their constitutional right to cast a ballot. Whether it’s extreme identification requirements, questionable purges of voter rolls, voter intimidation, new and extreme voter registration processes, or anything that makes voting harder, Let America Vote will be there to lead the way against it. Through grassroots organizing, Let America Vote will play a crucial role among the existing network of organizations fighting for voting rights.
Extreme voter suppression laws that disproportionately impact people based on their race or ethnicity, gender, age, or income have started popping up all over the country. If we don’t fight back, more and more Americans will become disenfranchised.
